A conceptualization task for a guidebook and a provision for acquiring formal animal protection validation in South Korea.
Led the team in clarifying the intricate and challenging application process, rendering it simpler for both overseers and applicants. From office exploration to site assessments, fully participated in the ideation process as a team member. The entire design's branding, from the covers and visual data presentations, to table of contents and associated materials, was wholly managed.

PROCESS
Identified irritations of seekers through desk investigations and surveys, simplified the pre-existing accreditation request process using personality layouts, left out and structured unneeded appendices and schemas, and proffered a resolution by merging the request and manual into a single folder.
OUTCOME
Survey feedback showed seekers reported the accreditation process as quicker and simpler to understand, also more manageable regarding backup documents. Supervisors had a decline in inquiries. Staff received outstanding testimonials too, with several noting that the instances were sufficiently comprehensive and did not necessitate additional explanation.
