I led the full UX/UI redesign and rebranding of CRAISEE, an existing AI generation platform. The scope covered the entire product surface — visual identity, interaction model, and the core prompt-box experience that anchors the product.
The process was grounded in user feedback. Two signals stood out: users strongly preferred the light theme over the dark version, and consistently described the new direction as visually simple, refined, and beautiful. Building on that, I focused the redesign on making the prompt box more functional and the overall flow more intuitive — which became the product's defining strength post-launch.
The project came with its share of pain points, from conflicting stakeholder input to balancing usability against aesthetic ambition. My approach was to absorb feedback rigorously while still advocating for a cohesive design perspective — translating input into decisions rather than compromises. The outcome is a lighter, more considered product that feels closer to the people using it.
